Berlin, Germany: A group called „National Socialists For Israel“ launched website

A group of German neo-Nazis, which calls itself “National Socialists For Israel” launched its website in “support” of Israel. The website claims that Israel’s right to exist is anchored in the principles of social Darwinism, the same principles that are important in National Socialistic ideology.

The website reads “Stop the hatred of the Jewish people” and “the Jews are a healthy, strong nation. Israel also has a right to exist. This nation also has culture… The nation of Israel is appreciated… It is our duty … to defend this supreme success.”

One of the photos published on the website shows soldiers from the Israel Defense Forces during the Second Lebanon War under the heading: “2000 years of struggle for survival – respect to those worthy of it” (“2000 Jahre Überlebenskampf – Ehre, wem Ehre gebührt”). According to the German daily newspaper Tagesspiegel intelligence circles say that it is possible that the website is not a fake, whereas many other observers are convinced it is a hoax.
