Shapiro (Director of the Center for Advanced Holocaust Studies, United States Holocaust Memorial Museum Washington DC) at the OSCE Regional Conference, Bucharest, Romania, September 17-18, 2008. He sumarises the worsen situation of antisemitism in parts of Eastern Europe and warns about the dangers of resurgent antisemitism.
